Mindful Sunday

Mindful Sunday is a gentle space to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.

 

Mindfulness is the art of slowing down, softening the noise in our minds, and tuning into what’s really happening—inside and out. By simply paying attention, we create room for ease in the body, calm in the mind, and kindness in the heart.

 

As our awareness deepens, we begin to meet life with more clarity and curiosity. We loosen the grip of judgment and self-criticism, and gradually grow into a steadier, more compassionate presence—for ourselves and those around us.


In this process, we start to recognize the difference between the harsh inner critic and the wise, discerning voice within. We reconnect with the quiet strength of our clear minds and the natural warmth of our hearts. This clarity helps us respond to life with greater wisdom, care, and effectiveness.

 

 

And just to be clear: mindfulness isn’t about “fixing” yourself or becoming someone better. It’s about being fully here, in this moment, however it is—pleasant or painful—and finding ease even in the midst of challenge.

Room to breathe
We gather online every Sunday evening from 19:30 to 20:30 in the virtual space of Zoom, to take a mindful pause together.
Each session is a mix of practices—guided meditation, quiet sitting, maybe an inspiring video now and then—but mostly it's a chance to unwind, relax and settle your mind.

 

This training is given by Natascha and is on the basis of donation. That means that you can give a monthly contribution according to your choice: a reference to rely on, if you need one, is 40 euros a month. You can pay more or less, whatever suits your financial situation.
